Provider’s Statement of Service(s):
The Computer Doctor and its technical service agents provide consultation and repair services for Windows based computers and computer related items and education. Most services are provided on site where there is no need to take computer equipment to a store front business to have repairs done. If bench services are necessary we pick up the equipment from the client, service it in our facilities and return it to the client; reconnect it; and provide operator instructions as needed. We are also available for phone consultation during set operating hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
