We provide respite care for individuals at our skilled nursing facility. Our set rate includes 24-hour nursing care, all 3 meals, laundry service and room & board. We also offer short term in house therapy, and long term care! Out-patient therapy is available as well! Hendersonville Health & Rehabilitation is conveniently located in Flat Rock at 104 College Dr., Flat Rock!
