Our referral-based Access Program is ideal for patients having difficulty managing complex medication regimens on their own. Whether your patients’ barriers to compliance are physical, financial, or cognitive, partnering with our Access Program can help. Anyone can provide a referral to our Access program including the patient.

At Sona Access, a division of Sona Pharmacy, we strive to take the confusion out of communication and the complexity out of compliance. We offer compliance packaging at a small additional monthly cost.

We act as our patients' medication agent - communicating with doctors' offices, hospitals, and extended care facilities about our patients' medications...all at no additional cost.

We deliver medications directly to our patients' homes and provide an updated medication list with each delivery. We synchronize the medications and offer care calls after appointments. We provide home visits when needed and we accept all insurance plans.

As a result, more patients remain at home - happier and healthier.
