Mountain Creative Arts Counseling provides counseling and art therapy to seniors to increase their sense of purpose, interactions with others, personal growth, self-acceptance, autonomy, and health. Individual services may be provided in-home, upon request. Art therapy groups are also provided in assisted living facilities in Henderson County.
I specialize in helping older adults manage their anxiety as they navigate the challenges of aging.
