Ageless Grace (R) Brain Health Program is based on the science of neuroplasticity (the ability to change the form and function of the brain and central nervous system, specially through physical movement or activity). There are 21 tools or exercises taught the student/client that activate all 5 functions of the brain (strategic planning, memory and recall, analytical thinking, creativity and imagination, kinesthetic learning) --and also address the 21 primary physical skills necessary for lifelong optimal function of the brain and body. We have 1800 educators certified to teach the program and many are located in Henderson County -- teaching at CCRC's, senior centers, hospitals, wellness centers, schools and memory care programs.
