I have been in the home mortgage business for over 20 years and have specialized in the last five years working with homeowners and their professional advisors in Reverse Mortgages and Home Equity Conversion Mortgages. I work with clients over the age of 62 and their professional advisors to examine options to fund home care, home health and the other forms of care so that they may remain at home. A Reverse Mortgage Option can be used to eliminate a current mortgage payment, pay for real estate taxes and insurance, subsidize you current income, or a combination of needs. It can also be used to increase your ability to purchase a nicer home when paying cash alone could not.
I like to meet my clients and their professional advisors face to face to understand their unique circumstances, educate them on available options and provide a complete understanding of the chosen option that works best for them. I work with Banks, Health Care Professionals, Financial Planners, Elder Law Attorney's, Insurance Companies, and Real Estate Professionals.
