The Movement Joint provides a welcoming and safe place for people of any ability who are not comfortable in a typical fitness center. We provide a variety of inclusive group fitness classes offered by a doctor or physical therapy. If you have finished physical therapy and want to stay feeling well, this is the place for you. If you have difficulty with balance, mobility or movement, this is the place for you. If you want to get stronger and move better so that you can enjoy life more, this is the place for you. Here is a partial list of conditions seen at The Movement Joint: -Parkinsons, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Post-polio, SCI, TBI. -Diabetes, Arthritis, Heart or Lung Condition. -Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Pain. -General Weakness, Balance Disorder, History or Fear of Falls.
