Sit Step Sing is a one-of-a-kind exercise system for rhythmic movement to age appropriate music. In the class, students sit in regular supportive chairs. Customized fitness plans can be created for at-home use. Specific playlists are selected for Sit Step Sing students. The curated song lists encourage expressive movement and often times participants sing along to popular and memorable tunes from their era. The class is perfect for anyone who enjoys one-on-one chair fitness training in their own environment.

We offer complimentary consultations to determine whether you or a loved one can benefit from this private fitness program.
We provide a music and movement based chair fitness class for anyone who has mobility challenges. We play music from the right era for students in class and create playlists that are dynamic, enjoyable and singable!

My program is a wonderful social interaction class which utilizes movement constructed for all parts of the body. The health benefits include increased emotional and intellectual brain function, increased joy, and increased core strength from the many exercises done to wonderful music.
